Meeting current students can help you settle into life at Curtin
Before commencing at Curtin, you will be assigned a Curtin mentor. A mentor is a Curtin student, who will help you settle in and answer any questions you may have.
After you arrive in Perth, your mentor will contact you and arrange to meet you on campus during Orientation Week or in the first few days of semester.
You can ask your mentor basic questions about student life in Perth and meet them on campus for lunch or a chat. Together you can socialise with other students at regular events held by Curtin International.
The program has received great feedback and students often form long-term friendships through the experience. Over the semester, some students and their mentors may plan holidays, road trips, events and activities together. The mentor program has also linked students to networking opportunities for employment, internships and work experience.
