Airport Reception Service
The University provides a free 24-hour Airport Reception Service for all international students who are commencing their first semester at Curtin. Students with confirmed on campus accommodation can check in 24 hours 7 days a week but only if they have booked through this service. Students who do not have confirmed on campus accommodation will be transferred to the chosen temporary accommodation arranged by Curtin. We do not transfer students to private accommodation or self booked hotels.
How do I book the Airport Reception Service?
To use the Airport Reception Service, you must complete the Airport Reception Booking Form found in the Pre-Departure Guide or on the Forms page, and forward it to the International Office once travel details are finalised.
- Confirm your flight number and arrival time before completing this form, as your application will not be processed without these details.
- Complete all sections of the form. The completed form must be faxed to the International Office on +61 8 9266 4200 or posted to the address stated on the form.
- Do not send the form until all details are confirmed.
- Please note that no requests will be processed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Any Airport Reception Booking Forms sent on a weekend will be processed the next working day during business hours.

Airport Reception Service for Foundation/Bridging/ELICOS students
Foundation/Bridging/ELICOS students have a separate airport reception service coordinated by the Department of Languages and Intercultural Education (DOLIE).
