  • It will take approximately 40mins to complete.
  • Your session will time out after 30mins of no activity.
  • You must attach certified copies of your scanned/electronic documents. There is a size limit of 20MB per attachment. For larger files, you may either mail or fax the documents to us.
  • You will not be able to submit the form with missing information and no attachments.
  • If you do not have scanned/electronic documents to attach, please download an Application Form and mail/fax it to us, with your certified paper documents.
  • Many Postgraduate courses in Health Sciences and Business require supplementary information as part of the application process. Please refer to our 'Guidelines for Application' for clarification and ensure these documents are submitted as part of the application process.
  • Curtin does NOT charge students an application fee.
  • Higher Degree by Research application forms are available on the research website. Completed applications should be emailed to IOOnline@curtin.edu.au
